I purchased 15 pedals, a pedalboard, a power supply, and a few cables from Cutter8. He packed everything carefully and shipped in a timely manner. One of the pedals did not work upon delivery. Not only did Cutter8 video call with me to help troubleshoot, but he offered to buy the pedal back which speaks highly of his credibility as a seller. I declined his offer because I did want to experience the pedal; instead, I contacted the company and it off to be repaired. This process took half a year because the whole motherboard needed to be replaced and the new PBC was held up in customs for a while. But it all worked out in the end.

I was coveting this amp for months before the pandemic lifted enough for me to arrange a trip that could include a trade. Cutter8 kindly accommodated my schedule and I hope he likes his new-to-him bass as much as I like my new-to-me amp! I'm enjoying this pedal. It gives a big boost, with usable distortion that allows my guitar's high notes to sing through. A good deal more than I bargained for!
