Andy,
I believe that I already gave you a 10 star review, but you deserve more. I had to make an emergency trip to California on the day that my Streamliner was to be delivered. Today is the first time that I've been able to play with it since I got back. It sounds phenomenol! I'm glad that I sent it to you, because it's better than ever. When I bought it, there was a hiss, but it wasn't bad enough that I was going to send it out. I could live with it the way it was. It is now dead quiet and smooth. I still have the original 12AX7 that came with it, and considered putting it back in, but I have more than enough gain when I kick in the gain button, and I like to have the low gain, cleaner option available. An added nice touch is the blue light. This is my 2nd Streamliner, but I never had one with a light that works. It looks and sounds killer.
Thanks a lot,
Mike
ps: If you know where I can find rack ears for it, please let me know.

Andy Agedhorse is the Real Deal. I can't recommend him enough. It's a great thing to be able to rely on him (especially with Genz Benz no longer around) I hope that I don't ever need service again, but I know where to go if it's needed.
Thank you Andy!!

Genz Benz GBE 1200 Knobs and Pots - Help with parts, sale and advise on amp repair. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable on and repair, sold me parts at a good price and shipped them out quick. Can't ask for more! Thank you Andy!

This is not feedback a sales transaction... it's for a service transaction.
I have two Genz Benz amplifiers... a Shuttle 9.0 and a ShuttleMax 9.2. They have both been to visit Andy ("Agedhorse")... The ShuttleMax has made the trip out to California twice.
I would really be up a creek if a friend hadn't told me about Andy. I LOVE my GB amps, but it's difficult to find people who really know about them. Since he was part of the engineering staff at GB (not sure in what capacity), he certainly has the knowedge to fix them. His service rates seem very reasonable as well, given the fact that he goes thru the WHOLE amp and fixes what's wrong (or contacts you if there is something really serious going on that his fee will not cover).
Bravo, Andy.

TO ADMINS: I know this wasn't in the classified section, but wanted to leave feedback anyhow. Not sure how things work with commercial users. Let me know if I erred.
