Painless transaction. The bass was well-packaged and arrived without any damage. Ed kept me up to date with shipping notifications, and even tried to cover the difference between the shipping cost FedEx quoted and the actual cost, but I wouldn't let him

Ed is a terrific guy to deal with and an very experienced and knowledgeable bass player. I, on the other hand, am completely new to bass and was looking to get my first amp. I met with him in person and he was extremely helpful in so many ways, going above and beyond to lend some guidance to a newbie who needs it. I can’t imagine a better “Ambassador” for TB! Not only would I be willing to buy from him again, I actually hope the opportunity arises.
