It got shipped within 24 hours, incredibly well packed, and great communication.
Thank you so much for the thorough packing, it looks like Fedex dropped or threw the box at least once, the end was caved in. My heart sank when I saw the box damage on arrival, worried about what I'd find when I opened it up.
Once I opened an end and saw your very thorough packing job I was greatly relieved - you had a lot of bubble wrap keeping it safe and protected inside despite the FedEx abuse!
