Thanks so much for putting the JBR-800 into my hands. It's everything I'd hope for and was pleasantly surprised that it met every expectation. Some things are meant to be and this is one of them.

From the first contact with seller I was totally up front with him that I had no access to a tech. The bass had to be ready to play with only a basis set up after shipping.
Immediately after he shipped the bass (he already had my bass in his hands from the trade) I got a PM telling me that it would rattle and needed to be strung with the A and E pressed down low on the tuning peg. Well it is beyond that simple fix. It needs an additional string tree and a new nut to be cut and installed. He has refused to offer any resolution and says that it is my ineptitude that is at fault and I need to have a Tech do the work. Just what I asked NOT to be the case.
