Like many others have said, when starmann says a bass is in brand new condition, he means it. There isn't a single mark on the fretless bass I bought from him--there's no wear on the fretboard, no scratches on the neck, and the body is absolutely pristine. I had the bass in my hands just a few days after I ordered it. As a bonus, it has new TI Flatwounds on it and what appears to be a professional-level setup. If I ever want another bass I'll make sure to check what stramann is selling first, because you're buying massively-discounted new basses when you buy from him.

As an international purchaser I could understand some resistance to sell to an overseas buyer with all of the fraudulent activity around these days. Regardless, I was (and always am) up front, open and honest. I explained my process regarding shipping and payments clearly.
