Jason was a pleasure to deal with. Very friendly and communicated very fast. Went up and beyond by helping identify various shipping costs from me to him! His instrument was as described and he even produced some sound clips to help answer some questions. Overall, the process went fast a smooth. This guy is what TB and the world needs more of in terms of communication and attentiveness. From the end of the sale, he offered his cell number after he immediately paid and offered a conversation.
