Bluesman Vintage El Dorado Bass was shipped in perfect condition. No damage to shipping box was noted by buyer. Buyer claims unplayable condition therefore “not as described”. I have responded to every email contact. I contacted the builder John Scott to receive the bass for independent third party evaluation. John Scott has offered to evaluate, comb through entire instrument, repair as needed, send neck through his neck machine (plek), and issue new factory warranty to buyer. Buyer refuses any attempt at resolution and refuses to send bass to John Scott. It’s unfortunate he has chosen to escalate this situation.
