Jim sold me a loaded SX body and threw in a cheap bound and blocked neck. I was a local buyer and without a car the week that I purchased it. Jim was kind enough to try and arrange a drop off a few times and provided me his info so I could pick it up when I got the car back. We also chatted for a bit when I came by and Jim was kid enough to let me play two of his vintage basses. Super friendly and flexible. Thanks again!

I had originally intended to purchase another Bass that Jim had for sale. A deal was made, payment sent and just prior to shipping it Jim contacted me that he had discovered a truss rod an issue with that Bass. He offered me the choice of a full refund, another neck to go with the first Bass or a different (but similar) Bass he had for sale. I opted for the other Bass and couldn't be happier. Jim's honesty really stood out in this whole deal, it's nice to know there are still people like him out there.
