Frank was more than easy to deal with, met him in person in a mutually agreed location and grabbed myself a sweet J Bass. Buy with confidence from FF, straight up guy to deal with.

I bought a couple Bag End 15 cabs from Frank and UPS threw them around and damaged both drivers which are very expensive to replace. Frank fully refunded the purchase and shipping price. He took quite a hit because UPS claimed the packaging wasn't sufficient. He had boxed them in heavy duty boxes and included padding. I suspect they were dropped from the conveyor or otherwise mis-handled. It's not the first time I've had things badly damaged in shipping and makes me strongly consider never shipping delicate items without massive packaging. Perhaps removing the drivers and shipping separately is the only safe way of shipping cabinets.

The man delivered the goods.. (with a little help from UPS) to my door in 2 days!
