Karen was prompt and thorough in correspondence, both in answering questions about the amp and in dealing with a Paypal hiccup (which was quickly sorted).
The amp arrived wrapped in bubble-wrap inside its gigbag, which was, itself, wrapped in bubble wrap and further padded in a box big enough to offer good clearance in each direction -- well protected, with zero sliding around inside the box.
Everything was as represented in the ad and the seller was easy to deal with. Very happy with the transaction.
