I purchased this preamp from Lou. It was well packed and shipped promptly.
When I got the pre I had issues with a hum coming from it, and inquired about it with Lou. Though we couldn't figure out the source of the hum, he agreed to pay for shipping both ways to AI so Rick could take a look at it and see if anything was wrong. Talk about a stand up guy!
Lou is without a doubt one of the good guys to deal with on the TB classifieds.
