I was actually prepared to give Tim his money back, but he was patient and we figured out what happened. I'm not going to get into "shipping company bashing" but things happen and with a little thought on our part, we can typically figure out the best solution. The package was found!

All worked out... Tim let me know when you get that puppy installed. It's a great pre-amp, but it was not for me, or at least not on my particular bass.
