Justin was extremely easy and pleasant to deal with, and very responsive to a fair amount of messaging that went on. He was also particularly patient in responding to a couple of transaction hiccups of my doing. I'd definitely buy from or sell to Justin again in the future.

Okay, this was a first for me. Justin was very cool and easy to deal with. We communicated well. However, UPS wound up LOSING the package containing the bass. I am going to file an insurance claim with UPS tomorrow. I will also be returning Justin's payment tomorrow.
I feel bad for Justin because he was looking forward to getting the bass, and I was excited for him to have it. He could not have been nicer or more understanding throughout this fiasco. Great guy who I would deal with anytime in the future.
