I recently purchased a EBS HD350 bass head from this seller. He assured me the amp had no issues. - I had issues with the EBS350 since it arrived. When I first tested it it was very noisy (high end hiss) and the highs were not very clear. The second time I tried it it was not as hissy but lacked the EBS clear high end . The third time I tested it it was very noisy (identical to the first time I tried. I tested it again today and it barely works at all - no usable volume or tone. I never was able to use the amp on a gig and it is currently in the shop. I tried to notify the seller before giving any negative comments , hoping to work something out. He never responded to my attempts to make this situation fair. Disreputable seller - BUYER BEWARE !
Amp worked perfectly when it was shipped. The seller received the amp on the 4th of December and waited till the 11th to even inform me that he was having issues.

Answered all questions. Shipped next day, which was impressive considering it's a big item and FedEx probably is not close. Everything was easy and smooth from my point of view. Thanks!

Trod1946 is a gentleman! He's sending out the cover right away; he forgot to include it / I've done that too! As they say at Disneyland... "Different things occur"

Trint... sorry for the delay in giving you feedback. I received the bass Thursday but between work and family activities it has taken a couple days to give it a thorough check.
I was initially concerned with the as received setup which was much higher than I would normally play. I noted the neck was was not sitting flush in the pocket. I pulled the neck and found that the body is stamped 8-24-99 and the neck is written 9-1-99... so it's a "1999 Metal Flake Green." I removed the two shims (rock wind golf course business card) that were in the middle of the pocket and placed my own shim at the base of the neck pocket. I reassembled the bass and found the neck was now sitting flush as it should. I was now able to raise the saddles while also lowering the action. I gave the frets a quick once over with a fret rocker and found the 18th & 19th were quite low and 20 & 21 were quite high. I can see that it was set up with high action to get it to play relatively clean with the high/low frets. After leveling an crowning frets 14-21 I was able to lower the action close to where I like it. There are still a few other high frets to clean up, notably the 8th. I'll give it a full level and crown as soon as I have a bit more time and expect the action to be very low and clean.
I love the color and the overall condition is really excellent for a 17 year old bass.
I've already played it for about two hours after my initial work and I really like this bass. It makes me wonder why I haven't played a Stingray in about 5 years.
All the best... Dave
