The seller was always responsive in answering every question I had about the booster pedal. Deal went off without a hitch and I'm very happy with the item. I'd happily do business with him again.

@bassundergrace answered all my questions, was easy to work with, and shipped the pedal as soon as payment was rendered. He even followed up once the tracking system showed it was delivered to make sure I'd received it. The pedal was shipped in the original packaging in excellent condition and everything was as described. Would happily work with him again and recommend him without reservations.

Mark Rufino was polite, honest, and thorough in his correspondence regarding the bass. He answered all of my questions prior to the purchase. He gave a resonable window for the ship date and provided tracking information as soon as the package was on its way. The instrument was exactly as described when it arrived and included a generous selection of strings and accessories he'd acquired for it. The modifications he made were exactly as described and contributed to the playability and correct intonation of the bass. It plays and sounds great and I've gotten compliments on it during the 3 set show and 2 hour rehearsal I took it to within the first week of taking ownership. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mark as a seller and would happily deal with him again.

He answered my (numerous) questions honestly, agreed to reasonable terms and a short trial period, sent me a tracking number when it was shipped and agreed to refund me the difference in cost to fix a very minor issue with the instrument. I would do business with Horace again in a heartbeat. Great guy to deal with. Highly recommended.
