Best time to judge someone is when something goes wrong and how it is handled. Unfortunately something happened in transit with the electronics and Dave was super flexible and fast on how we could handle it. Unfortunately it had to get shipped out for repairs, but kudos to Dave on handling a super unfortunate incident as well as anyone could. I would 100% have no issue dealing with him again.
