Very good TB experience dealing with some issues where the neck didn't set up properly on the body he was installing it on. Handled it really well vs blaming, causing drama, etc. I took it back because I wouldn't want someone to keep an item that isn't working for them. It's back on the original body and sets up as it should. I would trust doing business with Gerry because he seems to know what he is doing and also seems very honest and level-headed.
