Bought a QTron micro from Jay. It was received promptly and well packaged. The first time I tried it out I got a lot of noise and sent him a note. Instantly he offered a full refund. I was pressed for time and didn’t try it again for a few days. He followed up with me to find out what I wanted to do. I tried the pedal again with zero problems and proceeded to test with a variety of instruments (active and passive) and amps, and the pedal worked perfectly. No idea what the problem was that night other than perhaps an area thunderstorm. Anyway, the pedal is obviously fine and I appreciated Jay being willing to stand behind it. That’s the way a guy (or gal) should be! Very grateful!
