I bought something from him and it was shipped promptly and packed well. Unfortunately there was an issue with the item once I received it, but he handled the situation perfectly. Pleasant and prompt communication, and he wanted to make things work out. It ended up making more sense for me to send it back to him for a refund, and still throughout the process he handled things perfectly. He sent me a return shipping label and promptly refunded the money, so all I had to do was pack it back up and drop it off. It was basically the textbook example of how to handle things well when things don't end up working out perfectly. In my opinion this is the sort of situation where a seller can really prove their worth, and he handled everything like a top notch seller.
