He bought a bass neck from me at a discounted price. Contacted me several weeks later demanding a refund. I told him that I typically don't do refunds but as a fellow Tber I would grant him a refund as long as he covers my original shipping cost. After receiving the neck back I refunded his money with good faith that he would reimburse me for my original shipping cost. Once he got his refund, he failed to deliver as promised. Upon further research, I found out that he was trying out two different necks on a project and decided to go with the other neck. Don't deal with him. If you do, make sure he understands all sales are final on talkbass.
Wow! Seller tried to scam me with a neck advertised as "no issues" in both the ad and in PM but it arrived with worn frets, sharp fret ends, a nut that was cut to the point where it had to be replaced, and one that was not milled correctly (it stood 3/8" too high off the body of a MIM jazz) Totally unusable and I took detailed pics to document everything. I contacted him the day I received it (not weeks later) to setup the return and made it clear I wasn't going to take the shipping hit on both ends just because he sent me an inferior product.
I'll let the previous feedback left for me speak for itself and let the TB community decide if the sellers feedback comments above reflect more on me or him.
