Great communication, detail, patience (multiple questions from me), instrument images, facetime vids, and superior packing/shipping, the 79 Ibanez bass I purchased was EXACTLY as described. Even better, actually. He is in No Carolina and I am in Oregon and I can tell you he is the real deal.
