Item not described completely. Amp was damaged (not due to shipping) Issues were mostly cosmetic, but were not noted in listing. Other issues not noted in listing...1) The power input receptacle needed to be replaced as it was broken in 2 pieces. 2) the phone jack does not "defeat" the speaker output. I replaced the power plug with one on amazon for $6.95. Seller was very EZ to work with and offered a partial refund which I accepted. I would do business with this seller again, but I would ask more questions and inspect photos better before purchasing. I'm giving Neutral feedback because even though the seller was not completely forthcoming about listing the defects, he was ez to work with to come up with a solution.
