How do you like that MXR EQ? I occasionally have some hiss in my set up and wondered if anyone else did and was able to solve with the EQ. Or do you just use it to help in shaping your sound?

I use if to shape my sound and fill the gap in eq. Since it is designed mostly for guitar, it allows to have different eq points. Since the 8k and 16k are not really usable for bass guitar you could definitely use it to cut hiss but it never happened to me since I got it so did not try.
