Current Setup
maton jb4 fretless + godin bg 5 + sx jazz 5 fretless + yamaha trb-6p , another german double bass .. olds trumpet, ... the more instruments I try the more I love bass .. Did I mention I played tuba in high school .. great instrument !!! .. planning on building some bfm omni 10.5's one day, a whole tonne of G.A.S.

Influences and Teachers
I have to admit that I don't always listen to the bass player as much as the whole sound .. I do study bass lines and i have listened to most of the great bass players .. I remember hearing someone say once .. damn that was great bass playing I don't remember it at all .. and I sometimes feel thats how it should be ..
