Catch where catch can, unless it's heavy metal. Trying to stay away from that world if I can help it. I mean I've done it, but there's no room for beautiful bass

Is my combo 300/500 extension really enough? Do I need a cab and head? Golly that's expensive

Influences and Teachers
Took lessons for a few years back in middle school/high school
Have always pointed to Flea as my main influence. Heavy funk/groove inspired. Definitely love playing the blues and old school country/folk as well (outside of the Flea realm)
Used to do the jazz band thing in school, and shortly thereafter was in a professional jazz orchestra. But that was a while ago and the connection is sadly thinner than it once was to the jazz standard realm
