My first bass was in 1989. I played it until 1995 when I played guitar for a decade and change. Found out I was a lot better at bass and went back. Sticking with the big frets now. My biggest issue is acquiring too many basses. If I spent as much time practicing as I do buying and trading, I'd be giving Victor Wooten a run for his money.
