NBD - Cheap Jazz Bass, but seriously high quality " Bacchus BJB1RSM "

Update on 08-01-2023

I am so impressive with the Roasted Maple neck, she is so stable and solid , keep in tune well most the time . Only tiny value of pitch out when humid/weather change and string get aged .

Since the factory fret work are awesome, they are no single fret issue happen at all after 15 months. Neck relief set .008 , and action from 1.75mm/E string,1.55mm/ A string, 1.4mm/D string and 1.25mm on G string. Zero fret buzz !!!!

I also sell the Lindy pup and keep using the Cort VTB pup, the EB 2814 flatwound still sound healty until current day.

I swap the Wilkinson bridge with Squier Classic vibe 60J bridge(on April 2022), just for classic jazz bass look and better string spacing adjustment.

I found myself more enjoy with the combination of 12' fretboard radius, 38mm nut width and thicker J neck profile than my previous CIC Squier CV60J , Indo VM 77J and MIM Jazz bass.

Couple months ago, i play both Sadwosky Artist PJ and Metroexpress PJ myself. Honestly, the neck feel pretty alike my cheapo Bacchus BJB1RSM . Not much different on build quality but better hardware on Sadowsky. That's all. 5 times the price tag of Bacchus BJB1RSM, but the Sadowsky stock pickup sound quite bright and modern. Meanwhile the J pup are not humcancelling, she has slightly hum out there.

After side by side compare both Sadowsky along with Fender Player PLus PJ and Charvel Pro mod PJ, i check out with Charvel.
