    Weak signal received from the bass player at the mixer (SoundcraftUi24R)

    The signal travels from the passive bass, through some pedals, into a DI, 40' XLR to 75' snake to SoundcraftUi24R mixer - input channel 1. I'm going to replace the 40' cable with new. Any suggestions to improve the signal strength appreciated.
