Hey fellas, in your opinion, what are the most comfortable strings you've played with a bright tone? The best SOUNDING strings I've ever tried would have to be the Rotosound Swing Bass strings, but they are a bit rough on the fingers. In terms of comfort, I would have to go with D'addario Black...

I have a bass equipped with a pair of super doubles, and an obp3. The pickups sound great in mids and lows, but are lacking in the highs. I’m using the recommended 250k pots, but I was wondering if anyone has tried these pickups with 500k pots (or something else), and what the results were.

I would like to replace the stock humbucker on my Squire Jaguar H in hopes of getting a more brighter tone. Definitely want to stay passive and looking for drop in replacement. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. Cheers, Davyo
