    5 string bass EADGC questions.

    Hi. I have a Fender American Professional Jazz Bass V and I'm intending on stringing it EADGC. I was just wondering if any adjustments would have to be made (i.e. filing the nut, raising the saddles etc) to make this work.

    High C String Set Suggestions

    Does anyone have suggestions for a set of bass strings for a 5 String with a high "C"? The only strings I've tried are DR High Beams 30-105. I think I want to try some lighter strings this time. The "Warwick 40310 ML Black Label" looks cool and so do Fodera's "5-String High C Set Light N". I...
