Throughout the pandemic, I've noticed a fairly substantial reduction in the amount of pickles in the refrigerated section at my regular grocery store. Anyone know what might be causing this?
I gotta have my Clausen pickles!!! :D:drool:
For those invested in the market, I'm curious to get opinions on how the virus has affected your 401k/retirement... and what your stance has been on preserving what you have and growing back what you may have lost. I recognize this year's situation has not been kind to many.

Hey all, I have an idea. I was messing around in my little garage studio and thought it might be cool to have a songwriting contest.
Concept: Let's all write and record songs on a theme, kind of like the build-offs in the Luthier's Corner. We can invite some guest judges or do a poll to...
Just in case you need one, here's a travel bajo quinto. I hadn't ever considered that such an object could exist, but why not? No idea who makes these.
If you're not familiar with the bajo quinto, they have five courses of strings, and the lowest string in each pair is tuned the same as a...
I’ve been noticing a number of NBD threads of vintage gear, as well as discussion of “soon to be purchased” vintage gear. These posts are often made by people purchasing “pre-CBS” Fenders for the first time.

Fun quarantine project from the parts drawer. 32" scale Ibanez neck, Squier Strat body with custom pickguard, Gibson SG bass minibucker, 90's Guild bridge. Affectionately titled "MULE" because I had an extra stickermule logo swag sticker kicking around and it fit nicely. Approved by Beatrice...
So, I got a groovy, sexy, new exercise for you all. Take the fourth tone out of all your modes and shed that six note scale with all your standard standard scale/arpeggio practice patterns. Enter the "6/9 Sextatonic Scales"! (trademark pending)
I did a healthy order with sweewater >Adams A77X 2.1 monitor system, tascam line mixer and cables this past Saturday. Just got a notice yesterday that they’re closing shop for a few weeks. I still have some hopes that the Adam speakers would ship as they’d come direct from manufacturer but it’s...
So, gigs in the time of COVID-19....
My band had all of our gigs cancelled, including our first festival. But a friend of a friend knew someone looking to host live-streams in their personal studio. We signed up and got the first slot during these strange times.
We played last night and it...
Hi from Italy!
Difficult times here, you may know already. We have to stay at home: I cannot see my friends nor going outside for a run or to work. At least I'm not sick, for now...
I just graduated yesterday so I decided to give me a new bass. New baby has arrived this morning as you can see in...
