    Is This Normal For a Dual-Action Truss Rod?

    I ordered a Schecter CV5 which has a dual-action truss rod. When I received it, the strings were slack and the neck had a noticeable back-bow. I tuned it to pitch and the neck straightened out, though not enough to have the slight upward bow needed to avoid string buzz. My first thought was to...
