in ears

I wear my IEM receiver on my belt under my untucked shirt. I move around a lot and my shirt tends to drag over the pack and change my volume. Same thing happens if I put it in my back pocket, it moves around and the volume changes. Anyone got a quick fix for this? I use a Shure P3RA...
