    Is this Warwick Thumb real?

    Saw a guy post this on the local classifieds. Says it's a 2008 Warwick Thumb BO Broad Neck. Listed for about 2000$. Personally I've never seen a 5 string Thumb with humbuckers so I'm a little suspicious. The lack of a (visible) serial number also irks me a bit. I'm not big into custom shop...

    Is this Stingray 5 a fake?

    Was looking to buy a 5 string and I fancied this Music Man Stingray 5. Looked up the serial number and a completely different bass showed up. I thought it could be an 80's model since it was mentioned that those are too old to show up in the serial number database. Weird battery cover too...
