I have searched TB for any info on this but cannot find anything.
How loud are acoustic DBs really? We often read about the SPL of cabs which helps us make decisions about what to use for a given venue, but if we want to go acoustic - say for a small club or dinner - there appear to be no...
I was looking at the general specs of some PA speakers I have and they have two power ratings listed: Dynamic and Continuous. The continuous (325 W) is a little less than half the dynamic rating (700 W).
Is continuous the same as RMS?
Hey,
I was wondering what you would put in this board?
I have a tuner, into a Darkglass Vintage Ultra v2 Preamp, Pharaoh BATW Fuzz, Damnation Audio Distortion, and Minotaur Swamp Lord fuzz, (Muff clone with mids) into a Walrus Fanthom Reverb pedal.

This question is directed at people who believe (like myself) that body wood affects tone. Not trying to feed into that ongoing debate over whether body wood matters or not here. The only bass I've ever owned that is made of poplar just happens to be the most resonant and has great tone...

- Manowar are louder than the Big Bang
- The sound of the Big Bang couldn't be heard until over 300,000 years after it happened.
I have a Rumble 100 and I'm looking to upgrade to something a bit louder
I went to a music store and tried out the rumble 100, 200, and 500, but, I couldn't actually hear a noticeable increase in volume between the three, maybe a slight increase between the 100 and 200, but nothing much. (also...
I've been looking at this amp for some time now, it seems like a cool little rig. I'm curious if anyone has played around with it, only a few reviews comment on its volume capabilities and they seem to be mixed.
Anyone have experience playing this with a live drummer w/o going DI? I can get...
