I'm looking to replace the speaker in my David Eden 112XLT cabinet. It is a small, vented enclosure. I am torn between the Celestion BN12-300s and the Eminence BP122. Is there a clear winner to anyone out there? If so, why?
Hey!
One of my speakers in my Peavey 2x15 blew and I am looking into replacements. I want something where I can just easily swap the old ones out with new ones. I use an acoustic 370 head which is rated at 400w.
The speakers are the big magnetic square backs. I liked the tone I got out of them...
Bassmind,
My Schroeder cabinet has been distorting of late, and I suspect the 15inch speaker is to blame, as it does it at low, mid, and high volumes, and whether I go straight to the power amp or through the preamp and power amp. Obviously no way to test it without grabbing another amp, but...
Hello,

In order to reduce weight, I am interested...
trying to remove the speaker from my EDEN D115XLT8 cab, removed the screws but the speaker seems to be held in by some adhesive or something,, any one else have this issue, checked EDEN'S website but found no answers ,,,,,
Hey there, fairly new to the bass game and seeking some advice about replacing a speaker in my Carvin RL810T. When played at louder volumes, this particular speaker is midrangey and sounds blown. When I removed it, there were no specs on the actual speaker (guessing it's stock). Any idea what...
I have read SEVERAL threads regarding SWR replacement speakers. My question and situation is just a bit different.
I love the SWR Super Redhead sound and my speakers work just fine. My problem and question is about weight. I just can no longer lug 80 lbs around.
Wondering if anyone has...
