This is really interesting and very well executed:
Except for slap, I love the 15 (my rig is 1x15+2x10 indeed).

For the most part, agreed.I find that it's all about the design and tuning of the cab; what's inside is almost meaningless to me.
And as stated above, live, no appreciable difference.

However, the results are so close together that no one would notice in a live show.
I disagree with the “it doesn’t matter live” take. I certainly appreciate the difference, as do my bandmates — and this results in a difference in how we play. And the audience appreciates that.I find that it's all about the design and tuning of the cab; what's inside is almost meaningless to me.

Because there's >1 variable in that comparison, concluding that whatever differences are detected are due to driver size does not hold logical water. It's a fun comparison that doesn't actually mean much.
I have two 4x12s that sound completely different.12's have always been my go-to speakers, either 112 or 212 cabs.
the cabinets are different, so any differences in sound can't only be attributed to the diameter of the speaker. the video just shows how the cabinet/speaker combination sound relative to each other. don't buy a cabinet based on speaker size, you buy it based on the tone and volume/power handling you require regardless of speaker size.
