So what are my options for an onboard preamp with just 2 combined active LPF/HPF (LPF bellow 5, HPF above 5), though 2 stacked LPF/HPF controls would be acceptable too, 1 for each of my 2 pickups, and then a master active pickup blend, the preamp preferably being as neutral and coloring my tone as little as possible, and preferable not too complicated to install, and available from a European dealer?

Seriously been pondering some time on installing a second, bridge position, pickup in my Ibanez GSRM20 neck + GSRM20B body Mriko bass, which currently have just one single DiMarzio Model P, reverse P, pickup wired directly to the output jack socket installed in, the sort of neck/middle position pickup, and thinking of what would be the best option to get most out of the 2 pickups, and the above seems to me like a close to ideal solution.

The second, bridge position, pickup cavity in the bass currently fitting a J style pickup, though I ponder on perhaps routing it for a Rickenbacker 4004 style humbucker bridge pickup instead, or perhaps a soapbar humbucker.

Does this mean LPF CCW from pot mid point and HPF above? If so, it ain't gonna happen; there's no topological solution I can see. I'm sure there is a pre out there with a HPF, but I don't recall seeing one.
You want something like this it's most likely going to be custom.

Yes, that is what I meant, the master tone control with the preamp activated in my old Aria Pro II Laser Electric Classic bass works this way, with a nudged center position on the pot (the 5 position on the knob), though as I wrote I would be fine with the LPF/HPF being arranged as a stacked pot, meaning for example the lower part of the pot/knob controlling the LPF, and then the upper part of the pot/knob controlling the HPF.

How about using a plain old two band EQ and wiring it on an MN taper blend pot, with one trace controlling bass and the other treble? That would get you "full on" for both at center, turning clockwise would leave treble full on but decrease bass, and turning counterclockwise would leave bass full on but decrease treble. You could do this with any off the shelf 2 band EQ, just swap the pair of pots it comes with for the single blend pot.

Or if you wanted passive, do the same thing, but build your own LPF and HPF on each of the two sets of terminals.
