4ohm cab: Mesa 12 radiator extension cab, Aggie DB 410 or DB 115

I´m on the lookout for a 4ohm cab (my T-E Twin Valve favors them). Thinking of the ones mentioned in the title - which would you go for?

No need for SPL. I am looking for older school tube tone with a hint of whack: r&B/rock.
