Has anyone used or heard of using Abatron Wood Epoxy to fix the edges of a laminate upright? I just learned about this stuff from a carpenter friend who was fixing up some old windows on my house. It seems like it could be a great fix in theory, but there’s the question of having whatever treatment it involves penetrating the laminate and causing it to come unglued or something.

I haven't used this product, but have extensive experience with WEST system woodworking epoxies. I have a hard time imagining it causing anything to become unglued. Give it a try and report back. My laminate edges could stand some attention, but I'm afraid of making more of a mess by attempting repair.
