Active Tough Bass Needed

Pick one of a hundred...

Sounds like you need a more powerful preamp for that Jag. If I’m not mistaken, the controls are VVT with a mild bass boost.
You can try having the preamp replaced with an Aguilar OBP-1, which is a boost-only treble/bass setup, small enough to fit in that control cavity. You can probably get it with the stack treble and bass pot while keeping the passive tone control.

"Recommend me a bass!"

ok?
Its helpful if you can provide some more info:

What type(s) of music do you do?
Fingers, slap, tap, pick, all?
What kind of strings do you use? (and how often do you change them?)
Which players are your influences that you add emulations of in your own playing style?
Amp?

No need to go active when some basses are as potent as anything with a preamp and don't require batteries.

Reverend Thundergun.

SPLIT BRICK NECK
Strong lows and highs, open mids. Like a vintage P bass pickup but with more beef, yet retains clarity. 43 gauge wire, ceramic magnet, 8.5K ohms.
THICK BRICK BRIDGE
Warm and thick with strong mids. Output and punch like an active, but more organic sounding. 42 gauge wire, ceramic magnet, 7K ohms.

You're welcome.
When I bought mine it was the biggest surprise because I hadn't heard much about it.
In fact, I went to Russo's just to look around, found a nice used Epiphone Thunderbird Pro IV and put it on layaway.
Went back a few weeks later, saw the Thundergun and decided to see if it sounded as good as it looked.
It did, so I forgot all about the Epiphone and went with the Reverend.

^Second that....my massive sound comes from an OBP-1.

Stingray all the way! I play a Sterling Ray 34, and it is excellent. It cuts through better than any other bass I own. You can get a really deep, powerful, tone out of it, but it can also be punchy and bright without being shrill. I’ve played both MM and Sterling stingrays, and loved both, mm is just a bit more expensive. Play the exact bass you will be taking home before you purchase if you can though, in my experience, stingrays can be wildcards. I have never played one I didn’t love, but different individual stingrays of the same exact model can sound notably different in my experience.

But I need much deeper and massive tone. Looking for the recommendation. What active bass have really massive and bright sound?

Thanks

Youll get a zillion opinions so heres mine:

I think what you need is power. Dont get me wrong, the GK 700 RB is a nice amp and (in many situations) probably just fine --- but you are creating extra demands (Quote:"much deeper and massive tone") that I don't think its able to handle.....The more clean lows you want, the more power you need is a general rule of thumb I grew up with. So, I would look more into cabs and power for cleanliness before switching basses ...EDIT: with copious amounts of power available, you may even wind up going back to more standard string gauges

I think your bass is fine for that style ( I'm a bit of a fanboi of the band "Slowdive")
