Am I allowed to solicit a refin in Luthier's Corner?

I have seen this type of post in the past.

I believe it is kosher if you ask for all correspondence to be PM.

The commercial TOS prevents luthiers from advertising services, but shouldn’t limit conducting business off the boards.
