I'm so tired of dealing with COVID woes, work frustrations, and all the sadness and anger and dysfunction shown on the news and in politics lately. But just now the mailman dropped off my HP Filter, and - at least for a little while - my faith is restored.
My HP Filter wasn't working, so I wrote to Broughton a few weeks ago asking if it could be fixed, and for how much (it was too old to be under warranty). Joshua replied he'd fix it for free if I got it there, and he even gave me instructions on the best way to send it.
It may have been a minor fix for him, but it wasn't minor to me...because now it works! It's amazing how something as simple as a business standing behind their product and helping someone out can lift one's spirits. (note - I don't write this so everyone sends their out-of-warranty things back (sorry Broughton), but just as a thank you)
