hi there ! this is a simple ohm (amp+cab) set up question ...
i have a tc electronic bh250 head ... for those who know this head only have just 1 speakon output ... it puts 250 at 4ohms about 175ish at 8ohms ... i have 2 fender rumble version 2 1x12 cabs ... if I hook 1 ill get about 175watts ... if i daisy chain from a cab to the next , do i get full 250 ? or still 175 just with 2 cabs ??? simple question ... thanks 4 the help ... i also have the 200w rumble head but that one has 2 1/4 outputs one for each cab so is a bit different ... let me know

Yes you will get the full 250 watts total. Each cab will get half, or 125 watts.
Daisy chaining from one cabinet to the other is the same as feeding two cabs from an amp with two outputs.
Everything is in parallel either way you do this so two 8 Ohm cabs will give you 4 Ohms.

-disclamer- If someone has modified the amplifier or cabs from their original configuration then all bets are off unless you know how they were modified. Normally though it shouldn't be a problem.

Thanks very much for giving an actual answer. I came here with an almost identical question and this was very helpful.
