Ampeg Bass cabs 4 ohms and 8 ohms?

Questions I have a 4x10" ampeg 8 ohm cab and a 15" ampeg cab both 8 ohms.
What would be the reduction in sound by adding an Ampeg 4 ohm 4x10"?
I like the thought of 8x10" ,but 4 and 8 I do not think mix well.
I am using an GK 700 RB & also I can use a Eden 550.
Good ,bad or other wise?

Adding a 4 ohm cab to an 8 ohm cab gives you about 2.67 ohms so. .no good for running yr GK which goes to 4 ohms minimum. Dunno about the Eden

Adding a 4Ω 4x10 to an 8Ω 4x10 would yield a 2.667 load which would spell death for both your GK and your Eden.
