Hi all,
Curious where a person can find the Ampeg Heritage Eminence 10" speakers for sale (per driver).
I can't seem to locate any merchants that sell them.
Any info is greatly appreciated.
Cheers! Brad

nah no big secret eminence sells them the legends have been for sale for awhile. they eventually release special design speakers a few years later with different names. you can buy the mud era speakers now as the new released

CA10_32

or the somewhat brighter

b810

the newer basslite 32 sits in the middle

they did same thing with 12" speakers. and eventually released the special design 12" based upon the beta for Swr
as the beta 12a2

Don't mean to hijack your thread, but I have a Fender PRO410SL cab with 1 or two damaged 10's. Has emminence/fender die cast drivers. Fender want's $150 dollars each which is crazy. Drivers are 125 watt 8 ohm. Any Idea what would be less expensive and work reasonably well? If only one is bad, could I just disconnect the bad driver and use it as a 310?

Building a heritage cab will cost more than buying one.

Here is the process: Building an Ampeg SVT-810E

Mark makes it look easy. He's the Norm Abrams of Ampeg cabinet building.
Thanks for the link. I actually stumbled upon that thread while searching. He did an excellent job!
I am looking to make something a bit more custom (versus replicating a heritage cab). ...Furniture grade ...maybe... still on the drawing board. I have a whole cabinet shop (kitchen/bathroom type cabinets) at my disposal. So hopefully I can whip out something fairly cool (to me) if I ever dig into this project. :)

Often furniture grade translates into heavier. Harder to move to next to impossible is the only downside.

@bass151
just recone the bad driver
or take the plunge
it's not gonna sound right with one eminence speaker that matches closely

just like the heritage the b810 is close enough but the factory speakers or special designs are gonna be slightly different. sound wise unnoticeable. but in a mismatched situation It's more phase response issues than sound

$115+$12 shipping (They use UPS ground exclusively) ... each for part# 86-032-01-9 (heritage 10") from loud technologies as of today 6-13-16. ...For anyone that might be curious. That's a lot of coin!
