Hey, just had some fun in Reason programming a beat along with some synth and bells that I improvised over with my bass and baritone guitar.

It's not perfect since it's first takes.

Still I think it turned out quite nice:

I can hear this track in the background of some spy/tech/sci-fi drama, where the "hero" of the movie peruses the crime scene probing for that one incomprehensible clue that will prove his Nemesis has been working with the Ambassador all along and the Organization have been wasting their time examining the wrong coterie.:bassist:

Ha, ha thank you :D

I actually like the background track a lot too, and yeah it is definitely a lot more far out that the song eventually turned out to be.

I don't know how though, it was meant to be an odd far out track, but when I put the baritone guitar on it just changed character to something entirely different and I just went for that and laid down the bass accordingly.

What's even more strange it is so far from everything else I usually make, the baritone track and bass that is.

So I guess it went from the spy/tech/sci-fi drama you describe to a summer vacation somewhere nice.

I guess then it could be about someone watching some strange surreal early 70's sci-fi while on summer vacation, with the balcony door of his hotel room slightly open, curtains flickering in the mild summer breeze with a sunbeam coming through the crack in the door. :p
