Double Bass Any bassists in Oaxaca?

Going to be visiting soon and if there are any gigs or sessions it would be great to hang!

My understanding is that they aren't really hospitable to American musicians, resulting in the phrase "Si no eres oaxaqueño, no te molestes en llamar a la puerta" which translates to: "If you're not Oaxacan, don't bother knockin'"
