Any jazz bass pickup detectives? Need help identifying these j bass pickups

Hello detectives,
I have very little to go on, but here are the pics of a set of j pickups that came in a parts bass I recently got. No writing on them, but my hope is the punched squares in the top of the pickups are a clue to who made these. Whatever they are they sound quite good.

those are regular fender mexican standard jazz pickups, steel poles with ceramic magnets on the bottom.

Thanks! I wouldn’t have guessed that because they don’t sound like the pickups in any MIM Jazz I own/have owned. I guess good pots and the bass itself make the difference.
